Sue Beegle

Ms. Beegle works for SMC on new accounting system implementation projects. She is an experienced accountant within the engineering & architectural industry and is currently on long-term assignment as an accounting consultant to a 35-employee multi-office civil/surveying design firm. This position requires her attention several days each month. She supervises the client’s full-time accounting support employee who handles data entry, payroll, and payables, while Ms. Beegle directly handles project invoicing, project earned value generation and monthly financial reporting.

She has experience working on various A-E oriented accounting packages, including Advantage, Wind2-FMS, Sema4 and Vision. She provides training for accounting staff on payroll, invoicing, payables, earned value, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Ms. Beegle also provides on-site temporary supplemental accounting support for SMC clients when they first start operations under a new system, or as requested when their accounting staff are on vacation or extended sick leave.
